Silent Auction Consignment: Acquisition, Setup, and Hosting

This no-cost, no-risk option requires a minimum of 20 consigned items.

Includes:

• Attendance at key meetings

• Unlimited consultation via phone, email, and fax

• Acquisition of consigned trips, experiences, and items to add "WOW" to your donated items.

•  Items for both live and silent auctions—managed with a guaranteed 40-100% upcharge for the charity earnings on the opening bid. 

• Only the initial reserve is invoiced after the event regardless of how high the bids. (Example: reserve $200 opening bid $300 winning bid $650. Charity is invoiced $200 reserve and earns $450.)

We require a minimum of 20 auction items (jewelry counts as one) in order to set up and supply auction host free of charge. However, many smaller events just wish to have a couple of things dropped off.. and we are certainly open to helping in that way.

• Auction Day design/set up: Recommendations for items packaging, pricing, display, and promotion.

• Auction Hosting: We provide auction hosts on event night.

• Assistance with disbursement of purchased items.

• Return unsold consigned items.

• Provide invoicing on sold consigned items

• Facilitate: the trip packages for the winning bidders
